The unoaked 2022 Rosso di Montalcino offers redcurrant, dried raspberry, cherry cola, lavender candy and wild rose. The wine sticks to a classic Sangiovese playlist, with a slightly riper quality of fruit in this hot vintage. This is a nicely made Rosso with a soft close and good freshness.
